Effective 2026-10-06.

Pongdang offers a free trial: all features for the first 10 recorded check-ins, after which recording check-ins and issuing new passes needs an access code (viewing, backup and export keep working). A paid plan is coming soon; we will tell you before any charge applies, nothing is charged automatically, and you can export your data (Excel/CSV, encrypted backups) at any time and keep using the copies. The service is provided as is, without warranties. You are responsible for your academy's data, for backups, for keeping your recovery code safe, and for complying with laws that apply to you (including consent from parents/guardians and employment and consumer rules). Templates are for convenience and are not legal advice. Pongdang does not process payments. We may change or end the free trial; we will announce changes in advance where we can.
