Your academy's own app, ready in a minute
Pick your type of business, type the name, done. Pongdang gives each academy its own app on phone and PC — free, no sign-up, and the data stays on your device.
Monthly class passes
Create your own classes (hobby class, kids class…) with sessions per month. Each student's remaining sessions are always clear.
One printed QR for check-in
Students or parents scan the poster with their phone. Attendance is recorded and the session is deducted from their own pass. They see their remaining sessions.
Absences and make-up classes
Record the reason, schedule the make-up, and see pending make-ups and pass expiry per student. Cancelling a class gives everyone a pending make-up.
Protected admin mode
A PIN (or fingerprint/face) protects editing. The academy tablet can stay in check-in mode. Every admin change is logged.
Encrypted backups
Backups are encrypted on your device with a key from your recovery code (AES-256-GCM). Save them to your own Drive, iCloud or PC.
Honest limits
No payment processing (tuition is not collected through Pongdang), no paid SMS. Read the security page for what we protect and what we can't.
Made first for dance, music and art academies
Other kinds of studios (martial arts, yoga/pilates) and 1:1 booking businesses (salons) are planned. The basic app is free; a paid plan (more storage options, customization, branding) may come later and will be announced before anything changes.
